Here is a quick two minute update on the CA Real Estate Market.  Upper end picking up and overall prices

have increased 8 months in a row.  Sales volume dropped signifiacanly with the expiration of the tax credit!

Good Morning First Cal Loan Officers!

Happy Friday Everyone!   Ok, before we can call an end to this week, we must first look back at the list we created last Sunday Eve (You do have a list don't you?)   That list would ideally be titled, "What will I do to make this a great week?"   Now your job is simple, look back at that list, see if there are any gaps and fill them.   Most likely there are one or two things you can still do today, to end this week on a brilliant note!

Daniel Jackson does a great job on this video. He presents his facts very well and also does a great job explaining the FHA 5 year ARM.

This is worth watching and will help you understand how to use the tools at your dispose to grow your business. I am guessing Daniel is a recent graduate of the Mortage Coach CMC training. Let me know your thoughts!
